You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund — no stress, no hassle.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories (USB-C cable, manual, grooming essence)
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Note: The PawCliniqâ„¢ Grooming Essence is eligible for return only if the seal is unopened and intact, for hygiene reasons.


How To Start a Return

Contact us at support@pawcliniqshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

We cover return shipping — you will not be charged to send your item back.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your brush arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@pawcliniqshop.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please check with your bank first — then contact us at support@pawcliniqshop.com and we'll resolve it immediately.


Exchanges

Want a different item or have a product issue? The fastest path is to contact us directly at support@pawcliniqshop.com — we'll sort it out personally rather than making you go through a lengthy return process.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
